If you're interested in supervising the activities in the Accounting Operations Group and being responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts and other applications, our Accounting Operations Lead Analyst II role may be for you! Responsibilities:

• Reconcile correspondent bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and internal accounts, as needed.
• Review reconciliations prepared by others for accuracy and ensure reconciling items are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain primary and secondary reconciliation duty schedule; periodically oversee rotation of reconciliation preparation duties within group.
• Manage unclaimed property confirmation and escheatment process.
• Assist with acquired bank GL reconciliations, mergers, and conversions.
• Assist in answering questions regarding reconciliations.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and manage all priorities effectively in order to meet processing deadlines.
• Ensure quality of work by demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
• Research open items and troubleshoot accounting and processing issues.

Who You Are

• 3 years’ Accounting experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and/or college course work in accounting
• Working knowledge and experience with general ledger accounting
