Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Manager to prepare detailed architectural drawings fromconceptual/schematic designs, using REVIT and Auto cad software to prepare full-scale and detailed drawings

Update and modify designs based on new information acquired through an internalBluebeam quality control review or revisions at the request of a client

Assist in as-built & preliminary design drawings, including Site plans, Floor Plans &Exterior Elevations

Check drawings for accuracy and coordination prior to sending the drawings back to the Project Lead and Project Architect for final approval

Skills and Qualifications:

Have good communication and interpersonal skills maintaining strong relationships

Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay close attention to detail

Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Display professionalism and have a sense of ethical conduct.

Education and Training Requirements:

Two-year degree in Design/Drafting or possess a minimum of two years ofDesign/Drafting experience

Computer literate with knowledge of the current technology used in the positionsuch as CAD and Revit
