GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Assistant Plant Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily operations at a
cylinder re-test and maintenance plant. This role will be responsible for managing all activities of associates
engaged in re-testing, qualification and delivering compliant compressed gas cylinders.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The salary offered is $80,000 to $95,000 plus an Annual Bonus Plan.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Assistant Plant Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily operations at a
cylinder re-test and maintenance plant. This role will be responsible for managing all activities of associates
engaged in re-testing, qualification and delivering compliant compressed gas cylinders.

- Develop an automated tracking system for all cylinders received from and shipped to other locations
- Develop and implement a forecast demand process to allow the cylinder processing to feed the needs of
- Implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving problems.
- Suggests or initiates plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals; recommends and/or initiates

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education:
- Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 + years of experience in industrial gas/packaged gas industry plant environment, petrochemical,
- Minimum 1 year in supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collect, analyze information, problem solve, make decisions and ultimately drive process
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to interact with the public in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to meet customer needs and management expectations.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or
