As an Associate Manager, CRM & Web Experience, you will play a key role in planning, implementing and optimizing CRM & Web programs in support of a growing digital experience team. You will collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager, various agencies and other marketers to flawlessly execute programs with measurable success. The right candidate will be inquisitive, motivated and thrive in a culture of ongoing learning and problem solving.

In this role, you will ensure that all tasks and projects are completed within designated timelines and reporting for SEO and CRM is delivered efficiently to all relevant teams. Additionally, you will assist in the development of approval of various content that will be used across Web and CRM. You will also own the overall quality of the end reporting result in terms of accuracy and actionable insights. To excel in this position, you must be passionate about digital marketing and possess excellent communication skills to ensure proper alignment within teams.

Web and SEO

  • Support Web project management and ticket/user story creation
  • Understand development schedule and communicate timelines for critical projects
  • In collaboration with agencies and internal partners, promote Web and SEO best practices across teams and stakeholders
  • Be aware of industry trends in Web, UX and personalization to support a culture of testing and learning
  • Assist in SEO content development, validation and approval across the portfolio of sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product descriptions, imagery and other assets are up to date
  • Partner with Brand/Performance Marketing/Dev teams to create and execute campaign landing pages under tight deadlines
  • Create Web and SEO reporting, provide regular updates on digital assets performance

CRM

  • Collaborate with agency partner and internal teams to develop the content strategy for monthly emails
  • Partner with CRM Agency, Brand, and Performance Marketing to help design and execute emails supporting marketing activation campaigns
  • Use various tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) to optimize user enrolment and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with Audience Strategy to ensure proper targeting for CRM campaigns as well as test and learn about new segment opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Strong attention to detail; Ability to perform under tight deadlines; Effective communication skills (both written and verbal); Organizational skills; Project management skills Professional Experience
  • 3+ years relevant experience working with web platforms, content and creative
  • 3+ years of work experience managing CRM
  • Shopify experience is a plus
  • SFMC experience (email creation) is a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Marketing Platform (GA, GSC), Power BI
  • Has a passion for digital, and stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Very detail oriented with ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
