American Automotive Aftermarket, Inc. is continuing to expand and is interested in individuals with the following qualifications and skills for the following positions:

Full-time 12v Automotive Accessory Installation & Custom Design & Fabrication (Billerica, MA)

We are seeking candidates with the following experience, skills and attributes:

3-5 years of experience installing commercial and retail vehicle aftermarket products, such as vehicle alarms, remote starts, emergency lighting, back-up cameras, blue tooth systems, roof vents, roof 12-volt systems, Webasto auxiliary heaters, lithium battery installation, lift gates, plow installation, cutting in van windows, seat installation, wiring, etc.

• experience following automotive accessory wiring diagrams
• ability to trouble shoot and diagnose equipment electrical issues
• welding and metal/wood/upholstery fabrication
• creative in ability to customize and fabricate from concept to design to build
• have good attention to detail and maintain an organized work space
• must have good communication skills as this position will work closely with sales staff and customers seeking custom work
• able to follow written instructions and wire diagrams
• ability to work well with others as part of a team, as well as be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
• available to work overtime as needed

Applicant also must have own set of tools and own a tool box. Competitive compensation package based on skill and work experience.
