Position Overview:
An Accessory Sales Specialist is knowledgeable about the vehicle manufacturer's wide range of accessories. The role of an Accessory Specialist will guide customers through the accessory selection options when purchasing a vehicle. In addition, the position will coordinate the installation and ordering of accessories through our parts and service department.

• You treat all customers with a high degree of dignity and are passionate about taking care of the customer
• You have the proven ability to establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys
• You value the customer experience and possess the ability to discuss terms with clients in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining profit levels at or above company standards
• You are team-focused and can act as a liaison between members of the Service drive and the Sales team
• You are a self-starter who requires minimum supervision to complete tasks
• You seek to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills in the following platforms or their equivalent: Microsoft Office, Cox Automotive DealerTrack, Cox Automotive Vinsolutions, Cox Automotive Provision, and Mastermind.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
