Summary:

We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Servers who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences

· Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests

· Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected

· Always maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants

· Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building

· Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdiction’s guidelines

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a high-volume, full-service environment

· Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

· Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions

· Passion for learning and applying that knowledge in your work

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
