We’re looking for enthusiastic baristas to join our growing teams at The Human Bean! We have 12 locations throughout the Treasure Valley, including Downtown Boise, Boise City, Meridian, Star, Nampa, and Caldwell.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers, in accordance with customer requests
- Follow proper payment handling procedures
- Keep location inviting and clean
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required
- Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
- Ability to work flexible hours
- An outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
