Collision Center/Body Shop Estimator
Paretti Collision Center, part of The Paretti Family of Dealerships, is dedicated to becoming the one and only certified Jaguar/Land Rover collision center in the state of Louisiana. It is with this goal in mind that we have recently put in place a highly experienced management team. Our I-CAR Gold Class Collision Center is in immediate need of an experienced Automotive Damage Estimator for their New Orleans/Metairie location.
Responsibilities will include greeting customers, addressing their concerns, assistance with insurance claims, preparing estimates/photos, providing customers an accurate time-frame to complete repairs, communication with the customer from the beginning to end of their vehicle repairs, and preparation and coordination of insurance claim supplements and final submission to insurance company. Our Collision Center is committed to providing excellent CSI and developing strong teamwork with other departments of the location and the group. Qualifications and Expectations:
- Prior and recent job experience as an Automotive Damage Estimator
- Prefer I-Car and Aluminum certifications, and other industry training
- Experienced with CCC One Estimating and Shop Management software.
- Provide accurate estimating and inspect finished product of the department.
- Provide constant communication with the customer on repair progress.
- Assist management team with scheduling activities of the collision center.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance companies.
- Commitment to 1st class customer satisfaction to promote repeat and referral business.
- Minimum Two years of experience in an auto body repair facility
- Must have a valid driver license in good standing.
