Makotek’s Orlando Contact center is looking for Contact Center Agents for our Longwood, FL location who want to make a difference in the world. We are looking to add motivated team members to our constantly growing company. You will be part of a fundraising team, talking to people on the phone, telling them stories about how their donations will make a positive impact in our world. You will speak with great people every day knowing that you’re raising support and money for charities.

Immediate openings are available. Experience in fundraising or telemarketing is not required if you're willing to learn and are committed to working hard to achieve your goals.

• You enjoy speaking with and interacting with new people.
• You want to spread awareness and raise essential funds for The Nature Conservancy to help protect our planet.
• You appreciate a challenge and understand the benefits of a performance-based role.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous phone experience is preferred, but not required.
• Good computer skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Monday-Friday
• 10 am – 6 pm EST
