Rebath of New Jersey is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent who loves to talk! Some experience is appreciated but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are rapidly growing. Remodeling thousands of Bathrooms per year, we are partnered with the largest Home Improvement retailers.

We are growing and we are looking to hire a Part-time Call Center Agent to join our team.

Pay

• $15 -$18/hour
• + Bonuses

Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday, 8 Hour Shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)

‍ Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling
• Confirm appointments through outbound calls
• Handle inbound lead flow, follow-ups, and e-mail outreach
• Route qualified leads to the Outside Sales team
• Collaborate regularly with Outside Sales, the Scheduling department, and Operations
  

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of call center experience required and some office administrative experience is a definite plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Upon onboarding, candidates will be asked to submit to a background check and drug screening.
