Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as first point of contact for all potential learners: listen to their needs and direct them toward JBK's solutions
  • Answer all inbound calls from “JBK General Information & Enrollment” extension& answer all questions related to JoyBridge Kids, our ABA therapy and other support services
  • Expediently respond to all interest forms from online inquiries
  • Reach out to all referrals sent to JoyBridge Kids’ fax number
  • Manage and track potential learner waitlist for all TN and GA clinic locations and be able to speak to each future learner’s status in the process
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors & Clinic Support Team to determine when anew child should be added to a clinic and what resources are needed to start services
  • Responsible for gathering all learner documentation prevalent to learner onboarding including evaluations, referrals, and insurances
  • Coordinate handoff of families to clinical staff to schedule assessments and complete enrollment
  • Create Central Reach profiles (HIPAA Compliant Database for all learners) for each prospective learner
  • Coordinate weekly with Revenue Cycle Specialist to notify when authorization is needed for assessment and/or treatment.
  • Create and maintain reporting related to new learners being assessed, referral sources, and other metrics as needed

Requirements to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be detailed oriented, organized, and task driven
  • Desire to lead and participate on an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional services to our learners and families
