- Be pleasant and supportive companion
- Help clients with transfers or standby assist
- Assist clients with personal care, incontinence care and hygiene
- Dementia/Alzheimer's Care
- Report any incidents and changes in the health or status of the client
- During incidents act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements
- Must possess compassion and empathy
- Verbal and Nonverbal Communication Skills
- Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
- PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Experience as a caregiver in-home care setting or skilled facility
- TB screening
- Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures
- IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE -Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
