The mission of the Pro Results Personal Training Department is to take every single LA Fitness member from where they are now in terms of fitness and functional mobility to where they want to be in the safest, fastest, most enjoyable way possible.

Responsibilities:

· Leading workout sessions with Pro Results clients

· Designing effective strength training programs

· Educating clients on healthy habits, nutrition,

· Demonstrating, guiding, and educating clients on proper form and training techniques tailored to their goals

Expectations:

· Passionate about health and fitness and coaching their clients to optimal results, while providing top notch customer service

· Ability to motivate others to their health and fitness goals

· Ability to design exercise programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of their clients

· Exceptional ability to teach and demonstrate exercises while providing feedback on technique and safety

· To be punctual and prepared for their sessions as well as any staff meetings, while demonstrating a willingness to uphold club protocols and policies

· Possess strong communication skills to provide exceptional service to their clients.

· Remain current on certifications and continuing education.

Pay and Benefits:

· Session Rate

· Opportunities for time worked

· Tenure and advancement opportunities after 90 days

· Full commissions on all sales and upgrades

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Garden City, NY 11530: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
