This position is a key strategic hire for the company. The opportunity is to leverage our several success stories, capabilities, and digital labs to acquire new customers in our focus industries across North America. Below is the JD for this position.

Position Summary:

Client Partner is responsible for managing multiple customer engagements and ensure business growth with those engagements. Individual in this role should build long term relationship with key customer skate holders and cultivate positive customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for developing overall engagement strategy and client experience.

· Provide strategic leadership to drive account growth

· Implementing best practices for positive customer engagement & long-term relationship

· Take consultative sales approach to identify customer pain points/problem areas, business objectives and create roadmap of opportunities

· Expand contacts with key client executives, proactively network through the account, establish strong relationship, soliciting key information that produce a new opportunity pipeline

· Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet clients business goals

· Shape opportunities, create and negotiate statements of work. Brief and handover projects to the delivery team to execute

· Ensure all customer touch points are handled as planned - onboarding process, monthly steering, quarterly c-sat, onsite visits, closing-the-loop on client feedbacks, etc.

· Handle any customer escalations from initiation through resolution

· Proactively identifying customer risks at every stage and working with the Leadership Team to execute the defined risk-management plan.

Qualification and experience required:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

· Must have good customer focus and communication skills

· Must have strong presentation skills, with the ability to conceive, prepare, author, and give key presentations to clients

· 15+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience in managing multiple customer engagements

· Good knowledge in Banking domain

· Previous experience in client relationship management, in IT consulting

· Experience of growing small engagements into large long-term relationships

· Good knowledge of latest technologies

· Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to manage and set client expectations

· Ready to travel with in US to meet existing relationship/new prospects.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $180,000.00 per year
