We use all-natural products and do not offer acrylics, which keeps our studio looking and smelling great! We pride ourselves with a great team of talented, creative individuals who enjoy working together in a fun environment.

This is where you fit in: Our concierges are our front liners – you are the first interaction that our guests will have with our brand You will be responsible for the front desk duties such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, providing exceptional guest experience, recommending products including our membership program, pre-booking and checking out. If you are outgoing, self-motivated, positive, goal-oriented with a professional appearance and looking for opportunities to grow your career in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Concierge Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet guesgs

• Book appointments and check out guests

• Help the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the studio

• Provide customer service to guests throughout the studio

• Contribute to team goals

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High school education or equivalent

• Positive demeanor, willing to work with a team, visible integrity

• Able to work on at least one weekend day

• Customer service experience preferred

• Must be open to working a weekend day, and flexible schedules
