Job description
Concierge/receptionist must answer the salon phone, assist in booking clients and keeping the stylists schedules as busy as possible maximizing appointments to the best interest of the salon.
Be courteous and professional.
Welcome clients to salon, offer and prepare welcome drinks and snacks, hang their coats and purses.
Assist with managerial duties, confirm client confirmations for next day appointments, order items that may be running low in the salon.
Keep the salon clean, clean up after clients and help the stylists with their stations.
Your schedule will change every two weeks.
Must be able to work two Saturdays a month.
Sundays off, salon is closed Sundays.
One hour for lunch.
Your work schedule starts 8:30am-6:30pm
Must wear the salon professional dress code.
Acceptance of salon policies.
Customer service experience preferred.
Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
Must like dogs, we have a dog in the salon.
Take social content, pictures and videos.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
