Job Description

While experience is preferred, we are seeking candidates that are organized, diligent and overall eager to join and support a growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Franchisee care and support liaison between corporate and prospective/current franchisees

· New application, renewal, transfer processing and document review under the guidance of a dedicated legal team

· Update and review of current franchisee documentation to ensure correctness and completion

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and work collaboratively

· Accurate and precise attention to detail

· Language: English or Bilingual (English and Korean)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
