Established in 2017 in a renovated 19th century house in Cincinnati’s historic East End neighborhood, The Hi-Mark is a low-key bar and scratch kitchen grill with a laid back atmosphere.

Position: COOK

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Assumes responsibility for quality of products served. *Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. *Preps, stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. *Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area. *Follows proper plate presentation. *Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.

WORKING EXPECTATIONS:

We expect all of our team members to act in a professional and respectful manner that represents the restaurant and staff well. This includes demonstrating teamwork in all areas of the restaurant and working with a positive attitude in all situations. We can achieve this by communicating clearly with managers and team members. All team members are to follow safety and sanitation rules and laws at all times. This position will require you to lift up to 50 pounds.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
