Support Medical Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. This position will require the ability to alternate with night and overnight on-call duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Research and resolve customer issues using available resources
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and alternate overnight shifts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Physical Demands: This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and talking on the phone. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be required.
