This position is responsible for customer service and support of the fulfilment customers with respect to outbound orders. This position is the primary contact for all general customer correspondence. All e-mails and phone calls must be answered in a timely fashion or escalated to the appropriate department/manager. They will work closely with the outbound CSR, CSM and Outbound supervisor to ensure all customer needs are being met. Proficient computer skills required- particularly in Microsoft office applications.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

· General availability 7:30am-3:30pm M-F (weekend/evening availability in Q4)

· Is the primary and first contact for all general customer correspondence. All e-mails and phone calls must be answered in a timely fashion or escalated to the appropriate department/manager.

· Working closely with the outbound CSR, CSM and Outbound supervisor to ensure all customer needs are being met.

· Responds to customer complaints and maintains detailed logs of customers complaints and internal findings

· Responsible for running weekly billing reports and invoicing as well as manual order invoicing and assembly invoicing

· Primary owner of the portal for all billing and invoicing and is responsible to update it daily

· Primary owner of the dropship sheet and updates it daily

· Primary owner of customer specific portals (Radial) and updates it daily

· Primary/secondary owner of BRC documents as assigned by the CSM

· Responsibly for filing carrier claims on behalf of our customers

· Can update orders and move them between Numina and RSS as requested by operations

· Can resolve out of stock Numina errors as requested by operations

· Can create or verify RSS data (items, BOMs, carrier charges) when requested

· Performs other duties as assigned

Other Duties

· Follow all Fortune Fulfillment policies as outlined in the handbook

· Maintain general work areas, including a desk/office space

· Able to follow GMP’s and food safety guidelines.

· Applies food safety and the HACCP plan to daily activities.

· Completes all assigned tasks in the appropriate timeline

· Perform all the above duties in a timely, courteous manner with respect for all company personnel and property and report any concerns immediately to management

· Assists others within the department throughout the year as needed

Skills and Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, can handle multiple tasks.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and on the job, experience working with computers/data entry preferred

· Comprehensive understanding of computer programs and software including Microsoft Office.

· Willingness to learn and understand the BRC and our HACCP plan

· Willingness to learn company specific software including Canopy, RSS, Numina
