Job description

The primary responsibilities of this position include entering customer orders, answering product questions, and resolving delivery concerns. After sufficient training, this position requires utilization of Netsuite Order Entry system and knowledge of our dental products on website and in sales flyers/catalog.

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s high standards of customer service as it relates to by maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing errors.
• Handle customer complaints in a concerned and timely manner. Investigate the complaint and determine what can be done to prevent it in the future.
• Log detailed records of customer interactions regarding complaints, returns and other concerns on customer’s account.
• Troubleshoot with customers who have questions using our website.
• Continually monitor telephone activity display to insure there are an adequate number of representatives available to handle calls before making outgoing call to customers or vendors.
• Display enthusiasm and willingness to develop in all areas of Customer Service by gaining required knowledge and skills.

Customer Service Experience: Requires expertise typically acquired through 2+ years as a telephone customer service representative.

Dental Office Experience: Preferred

Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Required

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
