We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers of the collision repair shop. This includes answering phone calls, greeting customers in person, scheduling appointments, and providing information about the repair process. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional customer service. There is strong oppportunity for growth in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a champion and an ambassador for our values and brand.

• Communicate in a way that is warm, collaborative, and professional.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet customers in person and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work closely with and support our Estimators and Production Manager.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for customers.
• Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.
• Assist with basic Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks.
• Manage company social media.
• Safeguard the company’s assets.

Qualifications:

• Great attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity
