We provide an environmentally responsible approach to fertilization, weed control & pest management. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, is the first point of contact to our clients and will interact with customers on the phone, via email, via text and online chat. A CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Answer inbound calls that can range from service questions to billing inquires
• Handle Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure solution
• Process customer orders or changes according to established department policies and procedure
• Work with various departments to ensure that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnel
• Up-sell services to the customer once any questions or concerns are resolved
• Follow up on pre-qualified sales leads. No cold calling
• Various data entry and administrative tasks
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• One year of sales experience is a huge plus, but not required
• Confident and driven individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills- Ability to objectively handle complex or multi-faceted inquiries with a calm demeanor
• Quick Learner - Has the ability to learn new systems, products, and services
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
