Job Title: Data Modeler

Location: multiple states (Remote)

MANDATORY: DAX, AZURE

Job Description:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of comprehensive experience managing Microsoft SQL Server 2014 + and related solutions such as SSIS and TSQL
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, tuning and optimization using.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting Stored Procedures and Views using T-SQL
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options On-premises SQL Servers.
• Preferred practical experience with components of Microsoft Azure such as Azure SQL Database,
• Azure SQL virtual machines, and Azure SQL Database Failover groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills – must be able to lead and manage vendor resources as well as self-manage and prioritize effectively.
• Preferred practical experience of 1 year Azure Managed Instance
• Understanding of database design/architecture
• Understanding of business logic
• Knowledge of database administration tasks
• Ability to understand large data models.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot problems.
• Experience with different database tools to manage.
• Preferred practical experience with Redgate tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,381.77 - $120,889.88 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• MySQL: 1 year (Preferred)
• Database administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Oracle: 1 year (Preferred)
