We are seeking a(an) Dietary Clerk PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

• 
  You will process, update, collect and check patient menus for each meal to ensure compliance with dietary modifications and restrictions.
• You will communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding of dietary guidelines and additional food item availability.
• You will participate on tray line at each meal service by checking trays for accuracy.
• You will interpret diet preference and contact the dietician as needed.
• You will receive, store and maintain food, kitchen utensils and office supplies in an orderly, safe and sanitary manner.

What qualifications you will need:

• Food Handlers Permit, or Food Safety Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
