Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time to assist us with email, SMS, and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns designed to enhance the customer experience, improve retention, increase repeat purchases, and create new customer referrals as well as a variety of other strategic tasks to achieve the overall goals of the marketing department.

Please be advised that this position is intended to be in office and onsite. Candidates are expected to already be in (or willing to relocate to) the Chicagoland area where our headquarters resides.

Job Summary:

This Feldco Digital Marketing Specialist’s primary responsibility is to create email, SMS, and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that improve the customer experience, retention, repeat purchases, and new customer referrals. In addition to email, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for CRM/email database segmentation, setting up email automations, measuring email performance on a frequent basis, recommending actions, and publishing landing pages and local service area pages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing or Data/Business analytics
• 1-3 Years of email and database marketing experience
• Experience with Mailchimp or other Email / Marketing automation platform
• Experience with other marketing technology platforms a plus
• Google Analytics experience
• Strong copywriting skills and high attention to detail
• Analytical and data-driven
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how websites are built.
• Willingness to expand your digital skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
