Mercedes-Benz of Washington is searching for a motivated, energetic, detail oriented professional with a positive mindset to fill the Finance and Insurance Manager Role (F&I). As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper compliance and professionalism during the vehicle purchase process.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts for possible errors, ensuring that all paperwork is properly submitted and that contract approval is received as expeditiously as possible
• Ensure proper compliance regarding all government regulations
• Have a sales oriented mindset to establish lasting relationships with customers
• Assist in obtaining finance approvals and completing final paperwork when needed
• Build and maintain working relationships with indirect lenders and product vendors
• Maintain a department that is clean and organized
• Provide an outstanding customer experience
• Assist all sales personnel with closing deals

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work daytime, evenings, and Saturdays
• Strong computer skills
• Automotive Experience/Automotive Finance Experience
• PA sales license
