Job description

Our ENT practice is looking to hire an experienced registered nurse with at least two years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to perform surgery pre-op and PACU, along with rooming patients for office visits. This position requires outstanding patient care skills and the ability to read lab results, as well as place orders. Up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Take vital signs and assess symptoms
• Read and interpret lab results
• Place orders for diagnostic tests and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date
• Provide patient education on healthcare topics
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
