FirstLight Home Care of Boston-NW is looking to expand their Home Care Team in Wilmington. We have a variety of client shifts to choose from to create your own ideal weekly work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Companionship and developing caring relationships
• Cooking meals or assisting with meal preparation
• Reminding clients to exercise and take medications
• Shopping and running errands with/for clients
• Driving/accompanying them to appointments or social events
• Assisting with light housework
• Ensuring client safety and monitoring/recording health changes
• Other Companion Care services, as assigned
• Personal Care services including: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, toileting and incontinence care

Qualifications and Skills

• All employees must be able to pass a National Background Check and Drug Test.
• Vehicle, valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance is preferred.
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required. Experience is a plus.

Our service area includes Arlington, Belmont, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Lexington, Medford, Melrose, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Waltham, Watertown, Winchester and Woburn.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
