About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an HR Change Enablement Senior Manager to be a part of the Human Resources Products and Transformation team . This team is responsible for driving digital transformation across Human Resources and delivering and maturing HR product capabilities through agile practices, process automation and enhancements.

The HR Change Enablement Senior Manager is a critical position within the HR Products and Transformation team providing leadership for a structured approach to the "people" side of change. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team that prepares, equips, and supports individuals to adopt business, product, and transformational changes. These changes consist of both technical and non-technical changes spanning across the following HR products:
  • HR Core Services: Global Payroll, Time, Absence and Service Management through ServiceNow
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Talent Management and Learning & Development
  • Total Rewards: Compensation (Executive, Incentive, Advanced, etc.) and Benefits
  • Employee Life Cycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.) and Employee Relations
  • HR Data, Analytics & Reporting Services
This role will lead a team of Change Enablement managers, leads, and consultants that are responsible for supporting change readiness and adoption. This position will report directly to the Head of HR Portfolio and Change Delivery and Governance.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a passionate human-centric, change management mind-set and possess strong leadership capabilities to develop and upskill talent. The candidate will have strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily regulated and matrixed corporate environment. The candidate operates with a bias towards action and a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for driving results with risk always in mind.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead a team of Change Enablement managers, leads, and consultants that are responsible for managing multiple end-to-end change initiatives supporting change readiness and adoption.
  • Develop and coach teams to follow established internal change management methodologies (based on industry best practices).
  • Drive the mindset across the organization to focus on understanding the people change impact and ensure proper readiness and adoption of technical and non-technical change initiatives.
  • Ensure visibility of change initiatives and impacts through communication, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Enable development of comprehensive change plans with clear objectives, activities, and accountabilities to achieve desired outcomes. Tactics include but are not limited to stakeholder assessments and engagement, change impact assessments, communications strategies and plan, training, and enablement, change adoption measurement, and change readiness activities.
  • Learn the organization, stakeholders, critical channels to ensure information is shared with the right people and the right time using the right channel.
  • Collaborate with individual teams, innovation experts, peers, and more experienced leadership to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Manage allocation of change effectiveness people and financial resources.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ years of change readiness/management experience.
  • 3+ years Management experience
  • Strong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills with the confidence to make presentations to senior leaders.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Change management certification (ex. ACMP CCMP, Prosci).
  • Knowledge of HR functional areas (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting) and HR systems experience (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Kanban/scrum ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, applying the appropriate level of content depending on audience and intent.
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergetic attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
