JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Image Management Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as it pertains to the management of internal and external radiology records and data, utilizing a portfolio of Clinical Information Systems. Management of imaging records includes but is not limited to:

Record verification,

exam scheduling,
-
quality assurance,
-
duplication of imaging records, and
-
importing/digitizing of imaging records into a permanent PACS archive within the UVM Health Network.
The Image Management Associate must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and integrate in agile cohesive work environment.
POSITION INSIGHTS:
-
This position is a hybrid role – working partially from UVMMC and partially remote (approximately a 50%/50% split).

Schedule: this person's primary schedule will be Monday through Fridau 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekends that would be scheduled in advance.
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of one-year experience in a customer service related field, preferably in a medical related field.

Application experience with EPIC, PACS (Visage), Clinical Informatics, and Microsoft Programs preferred (ability to learn these systems is required).

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment preferred.
