Incident Manager
Job description
Minimum of 5 years experience
IT Incident & Outage coordination, with familiarity of JIRA & ServiceNow
Job responsibility will include cleanup of JIRA
Usage of JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Sharepoint & MS Excel will be major tools used on this job
MS Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, MS TEAMS
Documenting, Tracking and monitoring of system incidents, outages is primary job function
High-level understanding of data center, network, application stacks is necessary
Project management methodology is a plus
Strong understanding of System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) & IT application development process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Farmington Hills, MI 48334: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- CISSP (Preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (Preferred)
