Primary Responsibilities
Provide the best customer support to clients to ensure a successful business partnership with them. Assist management with existing and potential new clients by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and email.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support office staff and management with general operational tasks
- Answer phones in a professional manner and take orders from the clients efficiently to ensure they are receiving excellent service
- Conduct sales calls with existing and new clients
- Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
- Manage communication of information in and out of the office and coordinate with management what orders need to be handled in the correct time frame
- Constant communication with shipping and receiving manager and production team
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and hire technicians when required
- Ensure office is always kept clean and organized
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree in related field is preferred
- Sales experience
- Clerical experience
- Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
- Customer service and sales experience is a plus
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience to others
- Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take directions well
- Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
