Job description
We are looking for an excellent Production Worker Inspector Packer to help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production, inspection of food safe and high-quality products and packaging needs throughout the facility. This production worker will take pride in their safety mindset, attention to quality and excellent attendance.

Starting Pay: $18.00/Hr. (PLUS $2.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Job Type: Full-time
12 Hour Night Shift: 6:55PM to 7:30AM
Hiring Bonus: $1,000.00
Referral Bonus: $1,000.00

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
- Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
- Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
- Properly complete all required paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
- Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
- Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
- Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
- Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to calculate parts requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand/walk for 12 consecutive hours.
- Ability to grip, grasp and handle product and boxes for 12 consecutive hours.
- Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, speak and listen. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
