Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for line leads for a distribution center located Coppell, TX.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (7am to 4:30pm): $17/hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules and assign workers production line tasks
- Set up the production line accordingly
- Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
- Identify and resolve production line problems in a timely manner
- Perform recordkeeping tasks including inventory management and order tracking
- Train and supervise new production line workers
- Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years of production line experience in a related industry
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work Saturdays when needed
- Stable work history
- Pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
