Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel seeks a Sales Manager who has previous Sales Management experience with a high-line Luxury brand in the automotive industry. Qualified candidates will be able to lead an individual sales team, while also being an important team player on the management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Ensure that new and pre-owned vehicle sales goals are met
  • Manage a sales team, including coaching, mentoring and training
  • Be involved throughout the sales process, including meeting clients and closing deals
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring and onboarding sales representatives
  • Understand and keep abreast of federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up for the dealership maintains the minimum CSI threshold with MBUSA
  • Protect the company by following internal checkmarks and safeguarding against fraud
  • Provide the sales team with quotes and trade appraisals
  • Ensure that the dealership policies and processes are followed by the Sales Team
  • Safeguard dealership and customer information
  • Utilize the CRM to log client visits, notes and mark sold clients
