Job description
LVN Home Health Nurse that will be traveling to patient's homes for wound care, wound VACs, infusions, lab draws, PICC dressing changes, G tube care, colostomy/ostomy care, vitals/teaching/medication management. Duties will vary depending on the patient's needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
-NEED TO KNOW WELLSKY/KINNSER
-NEED AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE TREATING PATIENTS IN THEIR HOMES
-MUST BE IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA
-MUST DRIVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE TO THE PATIENT'S HOMES
Job Types: Contract, PRN
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
