Our Broadway location has an immediate need for a Team Coach in our Maintenance Department on day shift. This key leadership role is responsible for the performance and development of individual team members to deliver on facility/ department metrics. A successful Team Coach candidate will advance our culture by ensuring that the organization is aligned and capable. This is an integral part of our bet to meet the challenge of improving at a faster rate than our competition.


Our Team

The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufacturers and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels). Every day, GP employees and products help maintain a strong, stable economy in Northeastern Wisconsin.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and mentor employees to apply Principle Based Management in ways that are consistent with our Guiding Principles. Lead the organization toward excellence in safety, environment, health, and compliance by identifying and resolving hazards with critical and high risks (risk management).
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and hold direct reports accountable for maintenance department results that are impacted by people's performance and capability. This includes daily and outage work execution, and precision maintenance.
  • Ensure the annual performance development process is successfully carried out for employees in the department: individual roles, responsibilities, and expectations (RRE’s) are aligned with mill and department goals, and ongoing meaningful coaching is provided.
  • Manage the environmental, health, and safety risk associated with site maintenance activity. Staff and develop the capability of the maintenance organization in alignment with the corporate culture of Principle-Based Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One or more of the following:
    • At least one (1) year of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment
    • At least two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a group of people in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural or military environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Skilled trades experience
  • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (i.e. - SAP preferred)
  • Experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry
