Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
HVAC Certifications required
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
2+ years of construction and/or multifamily maintenance experience required
Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently
$25+ up based on experience and certifications. (Bonus and commission potential)

- multifamily maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
