Fogelman is interviewing experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a 2-person maintenance team at The Harrison at Braselton. This a 248-unit, 4-year-old Class-A property located in the Buford area of North Atlanta. The ideal candidate possesses three years of experience in apartment maintenance, has HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), attention to detail, good customer service skills, is a team player, and provides own tools.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently respond to service requests including: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, painting and appliances
- Ability to prioritize duties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi & HappyCo
- Ability to take after hours and weekend on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate effectively
- Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing
- Other job duties as assigned
