A Tidal Wave Auto Spa Managing Partner is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the car wash operation, including hiring and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining equipment and facilities. This job requires strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills, as well as understanding the car wash industry and customer needs.

We are seeking candidates to follow a 12-month training journey to ultimately become a Managing Partner or Field Trainer. Participants will rotate through the Car Wash Attendant, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, and Interim Manager roles. Participants travel to different sites for a well-rounded experience, including:

- Warm-Climate Locations

- Cold-Climate Locations

- Grand Openings

- High-volume Locations

The combination of hands-on work aided by virtual meetings will result in the knowledge and experience to operate your own location and earn a six-figure income!

The Road Ahead:

- By June 23rd: Apply to join the inaugural MIT Team.

- July 3rd: Final participant selection is communicated.

- July 17th: Onboarding week in Thomaston, Georgia

- July 24th: Program kicks off in your first site assignments!

What We Will Provide:

• $60,000 salary, paid weekly.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

• Working at one of our 160+ locations nationwide!
• Learning and fulfilling the job duties of each on-site position throughout the program.
• Several hours per week attending virtual training courses with Regional Training Managers.
• Traveling to different locations every few weeks.
• Attending Grand Openings, workshops, or company events.
• 47 hours per week average workweek.
• Travel home approximately one week per month (remote learning and activities during this week).

What You Will Need:

• 1-2 years of customer-service based work experience.
• Full-time travel and elocatable capability
• A fun and positive attitude
• Willingness to get your hands dirty and learn about equipment repairs
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions – this is an outdoor role!
• Background Check & Drug screen
• Compliance to appearance standards: Natural colored hair, tattoos must be covered from the waist-up, no facial piercings, etc...
• Driver’s license and ability to operate a company rental vehicle
