Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Using your technical expertise, you will ensure quality documentation of processes exist, compliance standards are followed, and timely process of customer orders are achieved.
  • When issues with equipment arise, utilize existing troubleshooting documentation combined with acquired knowledge to rapidly resolve the problem and resume machine functionality.
  • Support process and equipment data analysis and improvements.
  • Engaging with multiple functions to support compliance and timely order processing.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance

  • Understanding of manufacturing standards

  • Ability to set priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
