Along with our collaborative culture, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000, based on experience. We also offer our marketing team excellent benefits including a 10% bonus opportunity based on annual salary, 401K with company match, PTO, and 10 paid holidays a year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING MANAGER

When working as a Marketing Manager with our home improvement company, your day is never dull. Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities. In this team management role, your day begins with diving into the latest market research to identify new trends and customer needs. Armed with this information, you analyze the efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring that the company stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

This hybrid management position also keeps a close eye on the competition, researching their pricing, promotion, product offerings, and overall strategy to maintain a competitive edge. While collaborating with the National Account Team, you play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of retail program strategies, ensuring every new store launch succeeds. This includes managing all marketing-related logistics, such as creating brochures, training aids, and merchandising materials to support new product launches.

In addition to managing program offerings, this Marketing Manager also evaluates their impact on manufacturer pricing, supply chain inventory, and fabricator partner freight. Because of your strong work ethic, you work diligently to develop strategic positioning and other program opportunities and initiatives. Furthermore, your eye for detail in this marketing team management role identifies market trends and needs, proactively making recommendations to help the retailer maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. To ensure that each program and new store launch is a success, you facilitate operational system planning and testing. This ensures that everything is in place for seamless execution. This position also manages account operational costs to ensure a positive return on investment. They frequently report on all account financial metrics, including sales, invoices, sales budget, and expense tracking. This ensures that the retailer and company goals are achieved.

In this managerial role, you frequently visit stores, retail accounts, fabricator partners, and National Account and Sales Team colleagues. This allows you to build and maintain relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Utilizing your people skills, you also attend industry and networking events, forging new connections and building valuable partnerships. This Marketing Manager position is a crucial member of the Sage Surfaces team. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING MANAGER

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Previous account management, sales, or marketing experience
  • Experience in the kitchen and bath or countertop industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Sound experience with data gathering, analysis, and reporting

This managerial position also requires some traveling on a case-by-case basis.
