SERVPRO® of Pembroke Pines / West Miramar Marketing Representative
Seeking individuals with experience in Sales and Marketing!!

Primary Responsibilities
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales and marketing targets / goals
  • Create and Develop business relationships with Insurance Adjusters and Public Adjusters in our territory with the objective of gaining their business / referrals (Insurance Companies are our customers).
  • Create and Develop business relationships with Property Managers in our territory (Property Managers are our customers).
  • Plan, coordinate and execute monthly marketing events, including lunch-and-learns, Continuing Education (CE), and local community business associations meetings (Guidance will be provided but you must coordinate and execute events).
  • Perform Door to Door sales/marketing, including introducing yourself and our business to all businesses (potential customers) in our sales territory
  • Review the content of the SCO company we hired (Digital Marketing and Social Media company) and monitor the work they are doing for us.
  • Assist in creating and developing a Marketing Strategy that fulfills the company’s monthly and annual goals, including a high-level marketing strategy as well as a detailed weekly/monthly marketing activity calendar.
  • Compile, maintain and manage a list of Insurance Adjusters and Property Managers in the franchise’s territory.
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
  • Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain center of influence information., identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)

  • Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals

Position Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is required (writing samples will be requested)
  • English speaking (Bilingual preferred)
  • A minimum two years in a similar sales & marketing role
  • Door to Door sales experience a PLUS
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
