Job Overview:

The Traffic Coordinator at Clever Gap will be responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of work from the account service team to the creative and production departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, the ability to operate and administer various software and collaborative tools, and the aptitude to manage deadlines, schedules, and project statuses. This role is critical for ensuring our clients receive high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, set up, and monitor project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Collaborate with project and account managers to anticipate upcoming work and adjust deadlines, resource allocation, or project priorities as necessary.
  • Monitor project statuses and deadlines, scheduling regular status meetings to ensure progress is on track and potential risks are identified and addressed.
  • Regularly communicate with management and other stakeholders on project progress, resource utilization, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Distribute assignments to appropriate team members, taking into account client needs, resource skills, availability, and project priorities.
  • Generate reports on project progress and budget spending and tracked time to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication within the team.
  • Manage and organize tasks within Asana, our preferred task management platform, ensuring that all tasks are up-to-date and properly assigned.
  • Manage internal and external communications through Slack, our collaborative communications, channel and thread management software.
  • Maintain a well-structured file system in Google Drive, organizing all client documents in their respective folders for easy access and reference for all resources and team members.
  • Oversee the use of Toggl, our time tracking and hourly rate billing tool, to monitor and report on time spent on each task by team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account and client management, traffic management, project coordination, or similar role within a digital agency.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to challenges.
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and productivity tools, including Gmail, Excel, Powerpoint, Asana, Google Drive, and Toggl.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $2,600.00 per month
