Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our IV Therapy Med Spa, we offer a wide range of services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, messaging leads, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage client records using our online system

- Provide information about our services and products to clients and potential clients

- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders when needed

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence

- Process client payments and manage cash register

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Maintain knowledge of all services and products offered at the spa

- Answer and connect with all leads

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Zenoti

- Ability to work on call during the week and every Saturday

- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry

- Knowledge of IV Therapy, Vitamin Injections, Boosters, NAd+, Botox, Filler, Microneedling PRP, Peptides, and Labs.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
