Complete Weddings + Events is a leading event planning and entertainment company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the successful execution of events. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, managing teams, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Event Operations Management: Oversee the execution of events and ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and supervise event operations teams, including DJs, photographers, videographers, and photo booth operators.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and contribute to proposal development and pricing strategies.
• Resolve any escalated client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
