A multinational construction materials company is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to source & keep track of customer orders in a timely manner and maintain branch inventories at optimal levels. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages inventory levels for company branch, sourcing parts and materials from other branches and facilities
• Ensures parts and orders are sourced for customers, while maintaining communication with internal sales and logistics teams, as well as the customers
• Receives and processes intercompany transfers and orders
• Utilizes and maintains company inventory software, entering journals and updating information
• Proactively identifies inventory gaps and notifies the appropriate teams to resolve
• Other tasks including: freight management, invoicing and documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of logistics, inventory planning and/or customer service experience
• High School degree required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
