CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead in clinical and financial outcomes of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance goals
• Mentor and coach both clinicians and support teammates
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion
• Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
• Grow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with the sales and marketing departments
• Develop an exceptional plan of care based on physician orders and evaluation findings
• Bill for treatment while adhering to compliance standards
• Document appropriately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals
• Maintain a safe clinic environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational or Speech Therapy Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
